came within a couple of days of being called, came when they said they would, called/texted to keep us apprised of the time they would show up. they were quick, friendly, and professional when they got here. Wish I could get my other things around the house fixed as efficiently! A++++ all the way around.

I recently used them for the first time and was over the top pleased with the knowledge and professionalism in which they perform their work. Attention to detail and thorough from start to finish. Answered all questions. Very reasonable, they will be our go to company for any future septic service needs.

We are new in town, so very much at the mercy of referrals and plain old guessing. We try to support local as much as possible, so when we needed our septic pumped, we called Clayton, which is probably less than a mile from our house. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from this husband and wife team of entrepreneurs. They busted their butts digging through our Tennessee rock and clay, gave sage advice when they uncovered our septic lid sitting squarely (and sadly) under a deck post, and came back to finish the job after we resolved that particular nightmare. The Claytons are a wonderful, homegrown, hard-working, and reasonably priced provider that Dunlap should be proud to include amongst its business residents. I would recommend them without reservation.
